My name is Jason Fischman and I am the CEO of Accutech Evaluations. I began my career in real estate appraisal in 1989 and have since practiced as an independent fee appraiser, the Appraisal Operations Manager for a dot-com real estate closing services provider and as the Chief Appraiser for a large regional appraisal firm. Throughout my career, I have studied all of the various aspects of what makes a real estate appraisal company workas well as what makes an appraisal company not work. I have focused my interest on the areas of technology, quality and most importantly, client relations.  

In 1999 I founded Accutech Evaluations, with the mission of creating a unique appraisal company that consistently offered the most advanced technology in the industry, the highest quality appraisals and alternative valuations to be found, and a positive, friendly, professional experience each time we interact with our clients.

We offer a full suite of traditional appraisal products and services and have developed and perfected a proprietary desktop appraisal product, which is rapidly becoming the preferred valuation tool for a number of equity line and junior mortgage loan programs.

We have also developed a simple, streamlined procedure that enables us to efficiently and effectively manage the appraisal process, so that our clients can spend their time closing loans, rather than chasing down appraisals.  A major problem with most appraisers is that they are often in the field and are not reachable.  Most calls to an appraiser will dead end in an answering machine and the call will normally be returned after hoursif at all.   We have a full-time client support team that can be reached during normal business hours. 

We make it a practice to perform a preliminary market analysis before we proceed with an appraisal assignment.  We provide this information to our clients at no cost, so that they make informed decisions in the loan process and not waste their valuable time.

We offer electronic delivery of your appraisal, including the maps, pictures and a digital signature, within minutes of its completion.  If you ever need another copy of the appraisal, you can generate it with a few simple clicks.  Not computer savvy?  No problem, we will be glad to walk you through the simple process.
